This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Receevo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the Receevo app, you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Receevo for your personal use.
You agree not to:
Receevo and all trademarks, features, and content belong to the Company.
Receevo provides receipt scanning, cloud backup, optional paid features, warranty tracking, and PNG storage for original receipts in paid plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Subscriptions (if offered) are handled through the Google Play Store and subject to Google’s refund policies.
Your use of Receevo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the handling of your data as described there.
If you close your Receevo account or request deletion of your data, all associated receipts, images, warranty data, and stored information will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. No archival copies are kept beyond what is required for legal or security purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the app.
Receevo is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of Receevo, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and your state of residence.
