Gameplay progress is tied to the device or account used. The Developer is not responsible for lost progress due to device changes, uninstalls, or account deletion.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
When an account is closed or the App is removed, all related content, progress, and data may be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
MathRush is an entertainment and learning-support tool. No academic or performance outcomes are guaranteed.
The App is provided "as is." The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance.
