MathRush End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of MathRush ("Developer") governing your use of the MathRush mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes

3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this license if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
